Overview

The Digital Business Systems Analyst will be a key member of the digital transformation team at Zones, working to grow professionally and impact the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of agile processes and principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand the impact of technical changes.
• Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholder groups.
• Background in documentation and software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of business processes.
