Our client is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships in the dietary supplements industry.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
  • Leverage existing connections with supplement brands.
  • Partner with operations and product development teams.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with supplement brands and suppliers.
  • Exceed multimillion-dollar sales quotas.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of dietary supplements landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in progressive sales leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Experience in nutraceuticals or health & wellness.
  • Proven success in managing relationships.
  • Ability to structure and close complex deals.
