We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of programs that empower our sales organization to perform at its highest potential. This role will play a critical part in aligning sales strategy, tools, content, and training to drive productivity and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to deliver the right resources at the right time to reps across the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs that increase ramp time, effectiveness, and win rates.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools, CRM processes, and best practices across the sales team.
  • Create and maintain scalable resources (playbooks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, etc.) to support deal execution.
  • Use performance metrics and rep feedback to continuously optimize enablement initiatives.
  • Drive performance accountability by establishing clear success metrics, tracking rep effectiveness and using insights to inform coaching and enablement priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing enablement team, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of the technology industry, including public and private clouds, AI/ML workloads, DevOps, cloud native applications, and modern data infrastructure.
  • Experience with software-defined technologies, open source software, and developer-focused products.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of enabling high-performing sales teams in a SaaS/Subscription environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, tech stacks, and enablement best practices.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, or similar.
