Overview

As a Commercial Account Executive at MinIO, you will own the full sales cycle for new and expansion opportunities across commercial and mid-market accounts, establishing the company's value proposition and closing deals.

  • Own the full sales cycle for new business development.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Use MEDDPICC to qualify deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Achieve consistent quota attainment.
  • Move complex deals forward with urgency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience.
  • Strong background in new business development.
  • Expertise in account growth and retention.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and data infrastructure.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Skilled in the Challenger Sales Approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Experience managing deals from $50k to $300k+.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPIC.
