Overview

The GSI Partner Sales Director is a senior-level role responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, HCL, and others.

In Short

  • Own and expand strategic relationships with top-tier GSIs to drive joint revenue.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans.
  • Align GSI partner strategies with global enterprise sales and marketing objectives.
  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-led revenue globally.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams on strategic opportunities.
  • Work with GSIs to develop scalable joint solutions.
  • Build executive-level relationships within GSI partner organizations.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, legal, and customer success.
  • Advocate for partner needs and drive competitive positioning.
  • Willingness to travel globally (up to 30–40%).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliance management or global sales roles.
  • Proven success building strategic partnerships with GSIs.
  • Deep understanding of data storage or cloud infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Existing relationships with senior leaders at major GSIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
