  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record in complex M&A integrations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Strong experience with operational and commercial due diligence.
  • Ability to manage senior executives effectively.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
