Overview

As a Lead UX Researcher at Xero, you will shape and lead impactful qualitative and quantitative research programs that connect cross-functional and senior stakeholders to key customer challenges, ensuring strategies are grounded in a deep understanding of customers.

• Experience in agile product environments is ideal.
