We're looking for a Lead UX Researcher to define user research at Awin and have a tangible impact on creating excellence in customer experience. You'll be free to take charge of research and help set how we do things, working closely with our Product and Design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Senior/Lead UX Researcher role.
• Experience in setting up a user research function.
• Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of UX processes.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills to inspire user-centric mindset.
• Adaptability to establish new processes.
