Overview

As a Web/UI Designer at Xero, you'll be a strategic partner within the performance creative team, focusing on crafting compelling digital experiences that enhance customer journeys and optimize performance.

In Short

Design and iterate on digital modules and landing pages.
Produce high-velocity test designs and landing page variants.
Develop component libraries for consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with developers on implementation and QA.
Partner with analytics and marketing teams for conversion-focused designs.
Support performance optimization efforts including responsive design.
Adapt workflows and shape scalable processes.

Requirements

7+ years of UI/web design experience with a strong portfolio.
Success in high-velocity experimentation environments.
Experience in growth marketing and CRO-focused design.
Collaboration with front-end developers and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
