Global Innovation Director - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Global Innovation Director to join our product team in this newly created role. This role will provide inspiration and direction to our global multi-disciplinary R&D team to invent new solutions that drive long-term revenue growth and strategic advantage for the company.

In Short

• Lead MiQ’s R&D team by defining and communicating the vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with VP Product, CTO & Chief Strategy Officer on viable projects.
• Drive discovery of innovative solutions to key challenges.
• Build expertise in emerging ad channels & technologies.
• Define requirements for a client-facing R&D portal.
• Measure & report success of R&D projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital advertising and adtech.
• Collaborative leadership style that fosters enthusiasm.
• Software development skills, proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python.
• Deep curiosity in emerging technologies and ad channels.
• Agility in decision-making and learning quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations.
