Overview

The Director of Sales Enablement will lead the strategy and implementation of sales activities to enhance productivity and improve the sales funnel, working closely with various leadership teams.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in sales.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in insurance, marketing, or sales.
  • Managerial and leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business equivalent.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales onboarding and development programs.
  • Functional knowledge of Commercial Lines products.
  • Technical sales and marketing skills.
  • 3 years of field sales or sales enablement experience.
