ServiceNow Architect - Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, lead, and optimize complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and enterprise environments.

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Must reside in Arizona.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Extensive experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT.
• Deep understanding of update sets and platform governance.
• No specific degree required; equivalent hands-on experience accepted.
