Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated, experienced Sales professional to drive new revenue in the grocery store and superstore vertical.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Prospect, cold call, and network to open new doors and close deals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Present value-driven solutions and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with operations and account teams for client success.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive growth in grocery chains and superstores across North America.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America.
  • Proven success selling B2B services to grocery/superstore clients.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Requirements

  • Track record of hunting and owning the full sales cycle.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in the vertical (preferred).
  • Ability to present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission plan.
  • 8% on new deals up to $500K revenue.
  • 2nd-year commission of 3% for accounts over $50K.
  • 1% bonus on all new logos once quota is reached.
  • 3% on revenue above $500K (payable as revenue is received).
  • Cross-sell opportunities with 15% commission on new revenue.
