Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales Development Enablement.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Empathy for Account Executives and their daily challenges.
  • Ability to use technology for effective training.
  • 3+ years of experience enabling Sales Development reps.
  • Experience in software or tech is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across departments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
