ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned and effectively implemented.

In Short

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Support ServiceNow platform configuration and enhancement efforts.
• Conduct gap analyses and make recommendations.
• Support solution design sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Assist in managing backlogs and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to create detailed user stories and functional specs.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and data models.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
