Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian implementations.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to create detailed user stories and functional specs.
• Working knowledge of Appian scripting and data models.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Appian certification is a plus.
