Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will guide the development of a user-facing, web-based data collection tool and a portfolio of business intelligence products while collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational processes.

• Help identify patterns in defects and improve processes.
• Lead refinement and sprint planning meetings.
• Support tech leads in eliminating delays for developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work there.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card preferred.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in consulting or healthcare is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
