Appian Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Appian Training Specialist at Nüvitek will create and deliver training materials to ensure successful solution adoption, working closely with delivery teams and customer stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• Create and deliver training materials including documentation and videos.
• Design detailed training coursework and user guides.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requirements.
• Meet with customers to review task plans and deliverables.
• Form strategies to improve change management performance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Create a tiered curriculum for various user levels.
• Conduct live training sessions for diverse user groups.
• Spot convoluted interfaces early to guide design improvements.
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Technical Writer or Training Specialist.
• Exceptional written and presentation skills.
• Ability to create comprehensive end-user documentation.
• Experience conducting live training sessions.
• Ability to break down complex processes into manageable parts.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Prior experience with low-code platforms is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience with Federal IT projects is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and end-users.
