Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training materials, providing support for SharePoint, and assisting with the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of training methodologies and systems.

In Short

• Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
• SharePoint Support: Provide assistance in utilizing SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Assist in the administration of the learning management system.
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
• Fridays Remote: Work remotely on Fridays.
• Contract position: Initial term of 3 months.
• Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
• Compensation: $38 per hour + Overtime.

• Location: St. Louis, MO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing training materials.
• Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Poka.
• Project management experience.
• Web design experience (strongly preferred).
