• Support the knowledge and skills of Fiserv’s Associates.
• Deliver training for new hires and skill improvement.
• Collaborate with Instructional Developers to create performance assessments.
• Conduct task analysis through observation and discussion.
• Monitor and ensure training content is up to date.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation and Compliance Refresher training.
• Identify gaps in training for new hires.
• Provide management with new hire performance reports.
• Assist in the design and development of learning materials.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
