Overview

The Training Specialist at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is responsible for designing, developing, and administering training content to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The role involves managing the learning management system and creating engaging training materials.

• Design and develop employee training content.
• Administer the learning management system (LMS).
• Create engaging training materials like eLearning modules and videos.
• Monitor training participation and effectiveness.

• Conduct training sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Maintain and improve existing training content.
• Manage communication plans and timelines for training rollouts.
• Support trainees and supervisors with training resources.
• Participate in interdepartmental training projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources or LMS administration.
• Experience in creating and deploying training content.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Preferred experience with SharePoint, Litmos, and Canva.
