Regional Program Manager - Asia & Eastern Europe - Remote

Overview

The Regional Program Manager will cultivate Feed My Starving Children’s network of international food distribution partners in Asia and Eastern Europe, managing relationships, overseeing food allocation, and developing sustainable programs.

• Manage and strengthen partner relationships through culturally-sensitive techniques.
• Oversee partner compliance and allocation processes.
• Develop multi-year strategies for partner advancement.
• Implement sustainable development programs with in-country partners.
• Manage contractors and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate disaster response strategies in the region.
• Collaborate with the International Fulfillment team on shipments.
• Provide strategic solutions for program implementation.
• Assist with partner conference planning and execution.
• Act as a conduit for partner stories and information to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience required.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience living in Asia or Eastern Europe desired.
• Proficiency in regional languages preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel domestically/internationally up to 25%.

• Competitive salary range of $68,750 - $73,250.
