Regional Manager, Eastern USA - Remote

Overview

ABEC is seeking a Regional Manager responsible for top-line sales growth in the Eastern US for their Stainless Steel and Integrated Solutions Business Unit, focusing on the biopharmaceutical industry.

In Short

• Responsible for selling upstream and downstream process solutions to the Biopharmaceutical Industry.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Work with the Business Development team on sales calls.
• Represent ABEC at industry events and trade shows.
• Provide regular reporting of activities and market analysis.
• Travel required, estimated at 60% to 80%.
• Remote/hybrid role, ideally near a biopharma hub on the East Coast.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful consultative sales experience.
• Knowledge in engineering, manufacturing, or biopharmaceuticals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience with CRM systems and sales analytics preferred.
