Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Southeast USA for ABEC's Stainless Steel Equipment and Hybrid Solutions Business Unit, engaging with clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.

In Short

  • Lead sales efforts in the Southeast USA for biopharmaceutical manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with biologic producers.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent ABEC at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team for effective sales calls.
  • Travel is required for this position (60% to 80%).
  • Self-motivated and professional in all sales activities.
  • Remote/hybrid role, ideally near a biopharma manufacturing hub.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful consultative sales experience.
  • Knowledge in engineering, manufacturing, or biopharmaceuticals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers in organizations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
