Overview

The Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational excellence by designing, creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive technical training program.

• Create engaging and effective training materials.
• Deliver technical training sessions through various formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of mission critical environment experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of Learning Management System experience.
• Experience with Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Experience with instructional learning methodologies is a plus.
• Train the trainer certification is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to create and modify training content within LMS.
• Project management skills.
• Independent self-starter.
