Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

T5 Data Centers is searching for a Senior Finance Manager who will be responsible for the day‐to‐day financial analysis and oversight of a portfolio of managed data center facilities.

In Short

• Manage and prepare internal budgets for each data center.
• Work closely with Account Directors and site leaders to manage costs.
• Review monthly financial results and collaborate with accounting.
• Produce and distribute monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and submit internal forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer payroll billing.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Account Directors.
• Document and oversee financial policies and processes.
• Assist with process-improvement projects.
• Adhere to financial laws and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• 5‐10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• An MBA or CPA is a plus.
• In‐depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Proactive in building trusting relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
