Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join the Engineering Finance Team. This position will serve as the Finance Integration Leader for Engineering, Test & Technology, partnering with senior executives and leading financial reporting and decision support.

• Lead integration of functional performance reporting for Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in a business-related function.
• Experience supporting senior executive leadership.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Experience in a formal management position preferred.
• Proven track record as a business partner.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain.
