Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Manager will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation of finance operations while supporting strategic growth initiatives in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Own the general ledger and monthly close process.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Drive revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606.
• Focus on scalability, automation, and efficiency in financial controls.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to assist with decision-making.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on financial modeling and forecasting.
• Challenge and refine current processes across the company.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
• CPA preferred but strong technical accounting knowledge is essential.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of Big 4 and operational roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling capabilities and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• CPA preferred, but strong technical accounting knowledge required.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a drive to build processes from scratch.
