Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

An experienced finance professional is needed to lead financial operations, manage budgets across multiple projects, and refine processes within the organization.

In Short

• Take ownership of financial functions across the group.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/Xero reconciliation, payments, and payroll processing.
• Oversee entity FPNA per brand and present findings to leadership.
• Model liquidity requirements for fiat and crypto accounts.
• Respond to financial data requests from investors.
• Assist with financial modeling for new growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in finance or accounting, with 1 year in a digital assets environment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in crypto finance.
• Advanced accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with crypto transactions using multisig and platforms like Coinbase.
• Technical accounting expertise.
• Experience with consolidations and multi-currency reporting.
• Familiarity with EOR platforms like Deel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
