The VIP Host is responsible for managing relationships with Playlink’s most valuable players, focusing on providing a highly personalised experience to drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term value.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned VIP players.

• Provide regular reporting on player activity and feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in VIP management or customer relations.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value customer portfolios.
• Experience handling bonuses, promotions, or rewards processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of customer lifetime value.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
