Requirements

Proven experience in customer service for VIP customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using communication platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving skills for timely customer service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Basic knowledge of the gaming industry (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High level of professionalism and customer-centric attitude.
