In Short

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and financial onboarding of a new brand.
• Partner with senior leadership and various teams for accurate forecasting.
• Build and maintain financial models covering key metrics.
• Produce management reporting packs with variance analysis.
• Assist in financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Conduct scenario modelling and stress testing.
• Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis.
• Identify process improvements within finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills required.
• Experience in digital, gaming, or performance marketing businesses is desirable.
• Understanding of SaaS-style metrics is a plus.
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (qualified or part-qualified) preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
• Clear communicator able to present financial insights.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and ownership-driven.
