Goodway Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high-impact finance team, playing a critical role in transforming how we forecast, track, and support revenue growth.

In Short

• Own month-end revenue accounting including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver meaningful reporting and analysis.
• Drive process optimization and automation.
• Enhance systems and data infrastructure.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for time tracking data and reporting.
• Be a cross-functional partner in finance initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Finance or Accounting with FP&A and revenue recognition experience.
• Background in a digital marketing agency or project-based services business.
• Proven track record with month-end revenue entries and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, especially ASC 606 principles.
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.
• Expert-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communicator who collaborates well with stakeholders.
