In Short

• Act as the commercial co-pilot to the Finance Director.
• Own the models that drive critical decisions, including cash forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Maintain margin guardrails to ensure a healthy relationship between revenue and contribution.
• Lead the budgeting and reforecast process.
• Support board reporting and translate variances into actionable narratives.
• Partner with merchandising and operations to report on SKU-level profitability.
• Build automated reporting and dashboarding skills in BI tools.
• Support financial decision-making and escalate risks quickly.
• Act as a gatekeeper for ROI and review business cases for new partners.
• Drive margin improvements and support dropship growth.

Requirements

• Part qualified in FP&A or related finance field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial modeling and cash management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives.
• Experience with BI tools and automated reporting.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
• Knowledge of margin analysis and profitability metrics.
• Proactive and motivated to drive results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Desire to develop into an FP&A manager role.
