Overview

Freshpaint is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Candidate & Employee Experience Specialist to enhance the candidate and employee journey from application to onboarding.

In Short

• Build and scale a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Identify and improve friction points in the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and drive scorecard completion.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep processes organized.
• Design structured onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Continuously improve the candidate and onboarding experience.
• Reflect the company’s standards in every candidate interaction.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ashby ATS.
• Experience with candidate communication and employer branding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in designing or improving onboarding programs.
• Collaboration experience with People Ops or HR teams.
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS startups.
• Ability to run toward problems and take initiative.
• Experience supporting hiring across technical and GTM roles.
• Strong communication skills under pressure.
