Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in shaping how new hires experience AuditBoard from day one—and beyond. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering an orientation journey that’s not only seamless and informative, but also deeply rooted in our values and culture and continuously improves the onboarding experience using feedback and data.

In Short

  • Support the design and improvement of new hire onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain and update onboarding content across platforms.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of the orientation program.
  • Assist in executing virtual values-based programming.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback for future initiatives.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related fields required.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in remote environments.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in People, HR, or Learning & Development.
  • Passion for creating inclusive employee experiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and digital tools.
  • Data-driven mindset to measure and optimize programs.
