Overview

We are seeking an Audience Experience Specialist responsible for executing tasks related to audience recruitment, rewards, incentives, member engagement, and audience operations/administration.

In Short

  • Manage customer management tasks and audience experience for assigned accounts.

  • Consult on audience recruitment, rewards, incentives, and engagement.
  • Provide quality checks on customer deliverables.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure clear communication.
  • Develop and recruit communities/panels for research needs.
  • Consult with customers to identify appropriate audience targets.
  • Ensure member data accuracy and validation.
  • Measure user life cycles and evaluate participant ROI.
  • Monitor rewards/incentives for success.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer management and audience engagement.
  • Strong communication skills.
