Overview

The Client Experience Specialist (CES) plays a key role in onboarding and ensuring the long-term success of Carefeed’s solutions for clients. This role is vital to delivering exceptional client experiences and helping clients realize the full value of Carefeed’s platform.

In Short

  • Onboard and train new clients on Carefeed’s solutions.
  • Provide ongoing client support and serve as the primary contact.
  • Create and customize client communications and templates.
  • Digitize and manage client documentation using Adobe and DocuSign.
  • Monitor client experience and retention through engagement tracking.
  • Contribute to best practices for client onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success or customer service.
  • Customer-centric and self-motivated individual.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Strong facilitator and communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSign.
  • Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience is a plus.
