In Short

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the client services.
  • Work with clients to make strategy decisions and pivots.
  • Collaborate with internal services teams to strategize for clients’ needs.
  • Identify areas where clients’ services are lacking and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
  • Over-communicate with clients regarding work performed and results achieved.

Requirements

  • Confident personality to make strong connections with clients.
  • Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to strategize and make decisions based on client needs.
