Overview

The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a VP of Revenue & Sales Enablement to join our team!

In Short

  • Responsible for RevOps infrastructure, strategy, and team.
  • Own systems, processes, strategy, and messaging for GTM strategy.
  • Build efficiency between inbound function and sales team.
  • Owner of all sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Part of the leadership team due to the role's importance.
  • Opportunity for growth into higher roles like EVP of Revenue.
  • Initial focus on getting outbound SDR team performing.
  • Salary of $180,000 base with potential OTE of $220,000.
  • Work from home or office option.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in bringing in $50M+ in annual sales.
  • 5+ years in revenue leadership roles (VP and above).
  • Advanced analytics, data & systems background.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 10.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms.
