Brightwheel is seeking an experienced revenue enablement leader to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that maximize sales effectiveness and drive measurable results in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined sales and enablement experience.
  • 5+ years leading sales and/or enablement managers.
  • Demonstrated success as a sales representative.
  • Experience in building scaled programs for sales professionals.
  • Track record of hiring and developing top talent.
  • Strong preference for experience in SaaS and remote sales.
