Brightwheel is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive sales through cold calling and customer engagement, supporting the mission of high-quality early education for every child.

In Short

Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day
Use discovery questions to understand prospect’s pain points
Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
Manage your sales pipeline and keep information organized
Collaborate with management to improve sales processes
Contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

Cold calling experience preferred
Grit and resilience in achieving sales goals
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
Self-motivated and organized
Proven top performer in previous roles
Positive mindset and adaptability
Proficiency with CRM software preferred
