Overview

Narvar is scaling, and we are hiring a Head of GTM Enablement! As part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll define a robust, scalable enablement strategy and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver impactful programs that enhance skill development and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership, product and marketing to develop enablement resources.
  • Ensure GTM teams are aligned on product updates and value propositions.
  • Map sales process with customer buying process to enhance skills and tools.
  • Develop effective sales and customer retention playbooks.
  • Manage a rolling 12 month GTM Enablement roadmap.
  • Analyze productivity of GTM teams and establish metrics.
  • Help develop first-line managers’ development program.
  • Oversee implementation of enablement tools.
  • Act as liaison between domestic and international teams.
  • Plan and execute sales meetings and GTM Kickoff.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in enablement leadership in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience building effective sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics.
  • Passion for coaching and empowering teams.
  • Empathy for customer-facing roles; direct Field Sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
