Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Narvar is growing! We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to own the challenge of setting the course for company-wide initiatives, launching customer-facing products, and being involved in delivering these initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Drive planning & execution of complex cross-team programs (Feature/product development, cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, etc)
• Develop and drive programs to improve engineering productivity, effective onboarding, continuous improvements, etc.
• Help develop and deploy Engineering playbooks for the distributed teams working in hybrid mode.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering. MBA/Management degree (preferred)
• 10+ years of technical program/product management experience or software engineering.
• Track record of program management during all phases of software development.
• Strong customer & people empathy, sound judgment, & obsession with quality.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and product teams.
• Exceptional critical thinking & analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in eCommerce and SaaS, B2B2C domain is a plus.
• Coding experience/background is a bonus.
