Overview

Narvar is seeking a highly skilled FSBI Manager to lead our newly established FSBI team, focusing on deploying, maintaining, and enhancing financial systems with AI-enabled technology.

In Short

• Lead the FSBI team and report to the CFO.
• Develop and maintain finance systems roadmap in partnership with Finance and IT.
• Implement AI-powered tools to enhance accuracy and reporting speed.
• Design data pipelines for accurate revenue mapping.
• Identify and automate inefficient processes using AI tools.

• Manage financial systems configuration and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years experience with financial systems, including ERP.
• Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems.
• Proven track record in automation and AI solutions.
• Excellent SQL/database skills.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and system implications.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to system engagement.
• Curious and analytically driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
