Narvar is a late stage, fast paced startup looking for a People Business Partner to drive people-focused strategies and solutions within a specific business unit.

In Short

• Establish strong partnerships with employees and management.
• Serve as a change agent within the leadership team.
• Act as a liaison between management and HR.
• Collaborate with the broader People Team for training needs.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics to develop solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of HR programs.
• Attend management meetings for strategic insights.
• Conduct stay interviews with employees.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role.
• Experience working with senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret HR laws and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle issues ethically.
• Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
