In Short

• Independently partner with leaders in the development and execution of key talent programs.
• Act as an adviser to a specific line of business with a focus on partnership with senior leadership.
• Deliver on People programs with a high degree of operational excellence.
• Analyze employee trends to identify root causes and partner with leaders to address them.
• Coach leaders at all levels to drive teammate performance.
• Onboard new teammates and ensure successful integration into the team.
• Demonstrate and advocate for Evolve’s culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive education in key areas.
• Investigate employee relations matters and prepare documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong foundation of HR fundamentals.
• Experience in understanding strategic organizational issues.
• Proven track record of building relationships at all levels.
• Action-oriented and eager to tackle hard conversations.
• Ability to pivot between strategy and tactical execution.
• High integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
• Confident public speaker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification preferred.
