In Short

• Manage software and product development schedules, milestones, and launches.
• Drive product development programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams.
• Facilitate progress by ensuring appropriate scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization of engineering workflows.
• Assess and mitigate program risks based on development activities.
• Contribute to program management systems and structures based on best practices.
• Manage product features and projects through the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to maintain product development plans.

Requirements

• Experience in program management within a technical environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
