• Lead critical, multi-disciplinary initiatives to drive security outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to turn ambiguity into action.
• Align program goals with business needs and prioritize effectively.
• Own the lifecycle: scope, plan, track, and ship projects.
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and lead with data.
• Serve as the connective tissue across stakeholders to ensure shared goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing cross-functional programs in technical environments.
• Strong technical foundation: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with software development teams, especially in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Proven track record of driving alignment and influencing without authority.
