In Short

• Lead the Infrastructure team responsible for cloud accounts, networking, security, CI/CD, and deployment tooling.
• Focus on hiring, growth, performance, and career development for engineers.
• Translate company priorities into an infrastructure roadmap.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Serve as the primary contact for product engineering, data, and security leadership.
• Partner with security engineering to ensure security is integrated into the platform.
• Oversee CI/CD and test automation to improve build times and developer confidence.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships regarding cloud spend and tooling decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with incident management and operational health.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
